Zsuzsa is the driving force of NAGY & Associates, putting her hands-on experience and strong theoretical background in practice to deliver solutions that truly work for our clients.

With extensive expertise in corporate law, she advises clients on a wide range of matters, from M&A deals to crafting shareholder agreements that ensure commercial relationships start off on the right foot.

She also specializes in construction law, holding various FIDIC contract user certifications and gathering an extensive experience in various industrial construction work projects. She also advices in agricultural & logistics, gathering valuable experience in GAFTA/FOSFA agreements and due diligence processes related to the acquisition of small agri-businesses throughout Romania.

Zsuzsa is a graduate (BA) of the Faculty of Law at “Babeş-Bolyai” University and prior to establishing NAGY & Associates she has started off her career working with NNDKP and Kinstellar’s Bucharest offices.

Fluent in Hungarian, Romanian, English, and German, she is also a member of the Cluj Bar Association.

When not in office, Zsuzsa is probably out for a good run in the mountains.
