Zsuzsa NAGY

Zsuzsa conducts the consultancy department of NAGY & SZENDREI Law Office, putting her valuable experience and knowledge - gathered working in Bucharest-based magic - circle law firms - in practice for serving the ever-changing objectives of her clients.

Zsuzsa advises the firm’s clients in various corporate law aspects ranging from mergers & acquisitions/spin to crafting shareholder’s agreements aimed to start corporate and commercial relationships of the right foot. She also specializes in construction law, holding various FIDIC contract user certifications in this sense and gathering an extensive, more than 15 years hands-on experience in various industrial construction work projects. She regularly gives advice in the agricultural domain, gathering valuable experience in GAFTA/FOSFA agreements and due diligence processes related to the acquisition of small agri-businesses.

Zsuzsa is a graduate (BA) of the Faculty of Law at “Babeş-Bolyai” University and prior to establishing NAGY & SZENDREI Law Office she has started off her career working with renowned magic-circle law firms in Bucharest, Romania.

Zsuzsa speaks Hungarian, Romanian, English and is fluent in German and is a member of the Cluj Bar Association.
