Tamás SZENDREI

Tamás heads the litigation department of NAGY & Szendrei Law Office. He has built up a significant experience in common court litigations, debt recovery proceedings, and also arbitration. He concentrates his practice as a pleading lawyer on commercial and general civil law subjects, always embracing the unknown depths of the new cases and aiming higher with every new assignment of our clients.

In addition to being a full - time lawyer, he is also lecturing at the Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania: Company law, Commercial contract law, and Civil Procedure and frequently contributes articles to both Hungarian and Romanian specific legal publications.

Tamás is a graduate (BA) of the Faculty of Law at “Babeş-Bolyai” University and followed the master’s courses in European Private Law (MA) at the University of Pécs, Hungary. He holds an LLM in International and European Business Law from Debrecen University, being currently a Ph.D student at the same University.

Tamás speaks Hungarian, Romanian and English and is a member of the Cluj Bar Association.
