Péter SINKÓ

Péter is an associate lawyer with NAGY & SZENDREI Law Office with a passion for company law and employment law. He is in charge of the registration formalities with various authorities, trade registries and other institutions and regularly aids the firms’ due diligence investigation processes among so many other tasks.

He graduated from Sapientia – Hungarian University of Transylvania and holds an LLM in EU Private Law at “Babeș-Bolyai” University, Faculty of Law.

As a member of the Hungarian lawyer community College “Collegium Iuridicum” in Cluj, he was holding presentations to undergraduates enrolled in Mathias Corvinus College’s (MCC) scholarships on legal matters.

Peti speaks Hungarian, Romanian and English and is a member of the Cluj Bar Association.
